Hello my gateway zx 4970 with factory installed Windows 8 will not reset or refresh.I changed the computer name a couple time and ptoduct key is gone. I use Google Chrome as my default Browser and am absolutely sick of anything Windows. Do I even need Widows at all to run Chrome!?
