    Thank you that's what I was thinking rebooted and reinstalled all drivers hooked up an external works perfect ...did a factory reset and still nothing ....gonna look for the best place to pic up a keyboard for a toshiba satellite laptop E55-A5114

    Number lock / 7 8 4 5 1 2 all not working on the number pad but every other key works
