Toshiba satellitte some keys on the numberpad not working

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the keyboard driver.
- Once uninstalled reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do try it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Next to try if those keys will also not work is to connect an external USB keyboard and see if it will work or not.
- If those keys which are not working will work using the USB keyboard that could mean that the problem is the keyboard itself.
- Last option would be to reinstall Windows and if reinstalling Windows will still not work you'll need to replace the keyboard.
