I bit the bullet and bought their 13.3" Lafité. Specs are pretty good for the price, might come back when it arrives and give some feedback on the quality.

They seem to have a very flexible ordering system, I am surprised. I can even enter that I don't want a HDD and OS, which I don't cuz I already have an SSD lying around. I might order one from there if something else doesn't come up soon.

Thanks for the response. Had a look at the Asus-X553MA but the pink puts me off. Somehow the non-pink versions of it are dual-core rather than quad, which is sad. I would appreciate more recommendations so I can make a better decision in the end.
