Those are a brand but I'm not sure if they come in Brown and silver like that, But I do have the QC 15's that are dark blue, and they were a limited edition.

I've always found that Samsung tvs have the best picture quality when compared to other brands. Though a skype camera isn't really useful unless you plan on using it like every week, if not you might use it a handful of times. The LG tv has more features but I highly doubt its picture quality...
