    How can I download drivers if the laptop will not open at all. ? Keep getting error code 05-0171-045D. Want to get it back to

    Looks like I have a virus and the computer has died. Want to get it back to factory mode. Am using the CD's that came with the computer but keep getting error 05-0172-045D. My laptop is L 505-S60946 You ask to download drivers but if the computer is dead how do I do that? Please help. Thanks
