many thanks, yea I know that anything transmitted from the TV will be not good 5.1 but I wanted to use my old PC speakers in hope that it will be cheap solution. In my country (Czech Republic) are these DACs quite expensive.. (around 80 USD) so its basicly better to buy new 5.1 system for 200...

That cable with the RCA ends will not work, not even for stereo sound. Your TV, like most modern TVs does not have RCA Audio Out jacks, only RCA Audio In jacks for connecting a DVD player etc. The only Audio Out on your tv is a Toslink Optical Digital Audio Output...
