Do your own test. Download audacity and record your mic with/without the noise cancellation stuff on and see if there is any difference between the two tests if it cuts out background noise

The msi would be the best choice but being honest if you plan on being a successful streamer you would need your own desktop rig. Laptops arent really a reliable choice for streaming.. theres overheating and stuff

Even though laptops are notorious for getting really hot.. those temps are pretty high. To prevent it from overheating get a laptop cooler
