No it doesn't, but nevertheless, I've found the solution if anyone else is having the same problem. I went to safe mode, clicked Windows Key + R, typed %appdata%, located istartsurf folder and deleted it. (make sure you delete the shortcut to your web browser and create a new one)

Hello, as the title says, I can't get rid of istartsurf. When I go to Control Panel and try to uninstall it, it tells me this, Which is all fine, not like I'm stupid so I can't type it, but when I do type it, it says this. (it changed the picture by itself, I'm not trolling or anything)...

I would go for Logitech. The G430 has a better microphone which will help in Counter Strike, they've got the same speakers tho. But it's just personal preference, it's up to you. And I don't know anything about sound cards so I will let someone else answer that for you. :p
