I don't disable the wireless. I never thought it was still using that since when I plug in the ethernet cable the wireless signal bar changes to the computer with a cable on the side which I thought showed that the wired connection was being used. I will try disabling it though and see how it...

Did the test on all 3 one right after the other using same ethernet that connects into deskto2. Desktop clocked 88mbps, g510 clocked 38mbps, and z710 clocked 29 mbps. I have no idea why they clock such different speeds.
