Ok so I'm back and I got a USB with Windows 10 in my laptop right now that's still stuck in a bootloop, and on a "Aptio Setup Utility" screen after pressing Escape many a times. So how exactly do I get to boot up the new Windows and make my laptop working again?

Yeah I just got home, and the safe mode thing didn't work, and how exactly would I plug a hard drive into a laptop?

So I tried to reset my laptop from when I got home, cause my laptop had been running slow for a bit, so I was just like whatever. As I pick the reset my PC option, and let it do its thing, about an hour or so later I get this blue screen, "Windows wasn't able to reset your PC" or something along...
