Do you really need a laptop? 4K gaming on a laptop is far from ideal, the screen is way too small to make use of such a high resolution. Equally, very few laptop graphics cards will manage such a resolution, they're worse in comparison to their desktop counterparts. Woody

The Pentium 4 is way too slow for pretty much any modern task, playback of 720p video included. Have you definitely put your internet speed out of the equation? If it's as fast as mine (100KB/s) then you should just about manage 720p with a little buffering now and then. Woody

There's nothing wrong with AVG, I just found it to hog system resources, constantly give annoying popups even when you supposedly turn them off, and generally be a pain in the posterior. When you only have 4GB of RAM to share between every program on your computer then you have to really manage...

avast! is a very low invasive but powerful antivirus program. I've always used that on my PCs. Try and avoid Norton, AVG, or any anti virus software that doesn't look particularly legitimate. Woody

The 965M is a better card than the 960M. It has an extra 1GB of VRAM and a wider memory bus, 192 bit rather than 128 bit. This makes it perform much better at 1080p than it's 2GB counterpart. I would still go for that one. Woody
