    Acer TravelMate B117 not turning on

    I have a B117 for 19 months. Recently, I tried to turn on the laptop but nothing happens. It appears to be charging when I plug in the laptop put it still doesn't turn on. How can I fix this problem? I don't want to pull this laptop apart.
