fire fox give 19-20fps and runs on 19-20 fps all time, while chrome gives 30-40fps and gives fps drop to 1-5fps after 2-3seconds

firefox was giving 20 fps while chrome gives 30fps. so i use chrome. and as admin task manager doesnt show any other thing taking cpu, only the browser no other windows resource.

nope, i close all other programs when playing also tried to see only chrome is taking cpu on which i am playing, network is ok, the webgl samples needs time to load then no network is required, so that is perfect to check fps without good network.

hello i am having a dell precision m6400 using it for playing webgl games, i tried some webgl samples the best of was aquarium.(https://webglsamples.org/aquarium/aquarium.html) on 5k fish i had 30+ fps, but it was running good for 2-3 seconds then for 1-2 seconds fps drops to 1-5fps then again...

tried 230W but gave 1.6-1.7Gh

tried uninstall processor drivers also after restart did all tests still same frequency 1.26 and the drivers were auto installed again.

i tried hwinfo with benchmark, it goes 1.27 maximum not more than that, i am scared to uninstall processor driver, can't find on internet to install them again if i messed up, processor: P8400

nope, it didn't cross 1329MHz i was testing cpu my self to. & that 2.25Ghz is description of my cpu, not actual speed in userbenchmark.

OS: Windows 7 home premimum x64 (as support by dell for my laptop ) i mean drivers are available. i tried windows 10 and 8.1 too both showed 1.20 or rarely 1.22 ghz in the cpu speed (task manager) the load i put is by using bluestacks mostly, also cpu-z test can itself take laptop on it's limits...
