Laptop expansion slots on Lenovo Y50

I know what you are saying and I also know that PCIe SSDs are not as good for me to pay 1.5 to 2 times than a regular SATA SSD. But at this point I cannot afford a big SSD. I can only go for a 250ishGB so if there was a way to put M.2 SSD i still would have the SATA slot free for a regular 2TB...

Looking for a 'Powerful laptop' upgrade w/out previous flaws

The problems that you explained May be exclusive to that unit, because it is not often that these problems occur. To be on the safe side you can buy a laptop with extended warranty periods. Lenovo is offering 3years warranty. You can also buy warranty extenders from the laptop manufacturer...

    Use vga on mobo

You will not get output on your motherboard primarily. You first have to make the onboard or internal graphics your primary display driver. To use the power of the graphics card it is better to use a converter like, HDMI to VGA or DVI to VGA. It is cheap too

There are a few things that you can do Assuming you have a PATA [old] drive 1. Plug a monitor in your old laptop and transfer your data...

GPU or RAM is most important for mobile gaming and general performance.

In the long run you will be happier with more ram, you will get used to the size. As both the GPUs are similar. A friendly advice go for Xiaomi Mi4, or Samsung Galaxy S4, both have better processors and GPU and are also priced similar to the phones you have selected.

without a computer how do I transfer my contents of my old 8gb sd card to my new 32 gb sd card I have no access to a computer

You have two options here 1. Either copy some content from your old card to your phone memory and then transfer it to your new memory card, then put your old card again and repeat the process a few times 2. Save everything from your old card to any cloud service and then download it to your new...

Laptop expansion slots on Lenovo Y50

But as far I know that the desktop PCs have PCIE SSD, so I think a SSD can interface through PCIe. But I don't know if it is same in laptops. Is there anyway that I can connect the PCIe port to SATA?

    choosing between Dell Inspiron i5 6200/15" 1920 touch screen/ 12GB/1TB/DVD and Lenovo Ideapad 500 i7 6500/ 15" 1920 non touch

Go with the lenovo as it has a better processor. A touchscreen a full size laptop is not as useful as it sounds.
