well if you tell us the type of CPU, GPU then we can help sure you have an i7 is it from 2008 or something as that is when the first Intel Core i3/i5/i7 series CPU's were launched i do not know what is your Nvidea VGA (never heard of VGA GPU or whatever and you spelt nVidia incorrectly)

i typed the searched the name of the page oursurfing.com on google and it come up with pages about browser hijacks from this site also it is almost impossible to uninstall
