Yes that's what I have. so i just choose the install location as the flash drive and then when i plug it in a i can run it off of the flash drive?

are they safe downloads and can any of them be portable? like to i just install it to the flash drive?

Yes but I don't know which of these are portable. general most links are for a download not a portable download. like cnet even has malware and crap ware. so its hard to know whats good and whats real, same goes for good tools.
