try to find a razor headset that's refurbished that's what I did and I got the chroma for 50$ on amazon. They sound fine, and gaming there the best I've used for fps

If you're careful yes you can open it, but see if you can't use a very thing piece of metal or something else to get the gunk out of the power button's sides. hope that will get it loose enough so this doesn't keep happening.

the type of file of the video isn't going to let you watch it on what ever you're using what phone is it? if it's android use mxplayer and the extensions for it to watch it, if it's apple let me know so I can find a app that will let you watch that type of file.
