    Black screen with cursor after opening Windows 10

    Hi, I just installed Windows 10 and when I turn it on, after the Password, a black screen appears with the mouse pointer, then after about 5, 10 min, my normal screen returns. What to do, because it's pretty annoying to wait 10 minutes to get to my computer. Thank you in advance
