Flat Panel Monitors

Hi. I recently purchased an Asus MX239H monitor, which has built in speakers. Whenever I use the built-in speakers, or plug headphones into the monitor, I get static. I can still hear audio, but I get static as well, which increases if I'm scrolling down a page or moving the mouse. I don't get...
