freezing randomly

I have an Acer Aspire 5 (A515-54G) laptop. running Windows 11 Version 22H2 It keeps freezing randomly 3-4 times a day mostly when kept ideal for some time after it freezes nothing works. I had to restart by pressing the power button. I reset the window and then updated all the drivers but still...
