lollipop

I have an RCA voyuger tablet running 5.0 lollipop, I have an SD card in it and I really want my apps to transfer their without upgrading to marshmallow, please help?

I have a new Nextbook Ares 11.6 tablet and I am able to watch videos on YouTube but not a video posted to Facebook. I am not at all tech oriented and have no idea where to even start. Also not at all familiar with the android system used by this tablet. Pretty much lost here.

When I plug it in the lights turn on and it will type but when I go to install the rgb software from corsair It doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
