Mini PCIE

I want to add an egpu to my laptop. I could obviously remove the WiFi card and use the mini pci express. I don't really want to do this because to remove or plug the GPU in, I'd have to remove 18 screws every single time, plus I'd probably break something. I found an adapter that can add an egpu...
