I need help with adding an egpu

I want to add an egpu to my laptop. I could obviously remove the WiFi card and use the mini pci express. I don't really want to do this because to remove or plug the GPU in, I'd have to remove 18 screws every single time, plus I'd probably break something. I found an adapter that can add an egpu with USB 3.0.

I was wondering if this solution would be any slower than using the mini pci express, and even if it was, would it still be faster than the integrated HD graphics 5500?

Laptop: Acer Aspire E5 571-53S1

USB graphics will definitely be slower than integrated. If you have found an actual USB 3 to PCI-E adapter/dock, please post a link. I would love to take a look.
I would think that any of the solutions you propose would require a second monitor.
If you are doing this just for the fun of it, then great. If you actually want something that will work without being a huge time drain, just buy a laptop with a GPU and sell your old one. It will probably cost you less in the long run.

I could be wrong that this would connect a gpu via USB 3.0, but here it is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6703JY7590&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Cables+-+VGA+%2F+SVGA+Cables-_-9SIA6703JY7590&gclid=CN6h7sK2mMwCFUgehgodb7YKEQ&gclsrc=aw.ds
