I'm running riva tuner, and i see 2 stream units that riva says i could unlcok. and 1 raster unit that can be unlocked. everyone says you can't enable them though. why?

does nebody no what companies 6800 nu can unlock the 4 piplines with riva? i have a evga and am wondering if i can get make my nu a gt.
