Sata hard drives

I (rather stupidly - I think) connected my win vista 32 bit to my newest PC and unplugged my other hard drive which runs win 7 ultimate 64 bit. Q. will the hard drive that has win vista 32 bit on it have altered the bios or anything else on my latest PC (win 7 64 bit). I cant get my newest PC...
