Solved! 5.1 Surround Sound no audio playing on PC
After doing a bit of research, I went ahead to buy myself an RCA to 3.5mm adapter for my speakers. Connected my 2 RCA to 3.5mm on the back of my PC. I connected my FL and FR to LINE OUT.
