Swing

Is swing black on the screen but the laptop light is on

Regarding mounting a new TV... I have an 10 year old 50" Panasonic plasma, will the swing arm mounting match up to a new 65" unit? In other-words, is the bolt pattern the same or has the industry changed? I think my current mount is a VESA. Are current TV's still on the VESA standard? Thx
