unkown remaining

My sony vaio E series was not charging, orange light was blinking rapidly, not booting up by battery but booting up when plugged-in on AC power, if power cord was removed, shuts down immediately . Tried all the possible answers on the net but nothing worked. Even replaced a new battery still...
