usb tethering

Hi, I'm currently using Samsung S21 and I'm trying to USB tether it with my Asus Strix-G laptop but the button on my phone keep on and off like crazy. Somehow I tried using on different laptop it works with the same cable. Any ways to help me? tried restarting both phone and laptop tried...
