How do you add a home Depo gift card as the payment method into a visa debit card

can i pay amazon man after delevery ..give the payment to him because i dont have any visa card.?

I wanted to get Titanfall on sale on origin so I bought a visa card for $36 and then when I checked out it turned out that the order was $36.65, Is there any way to charge the pre-paid card for the $36 and then use a debit card for the rest of the $0.65? Any help would be appreciated!
