Region 1 to Region 2

How can I cange my emachine E527 laptop from region 1 to region 2 or visa versa

You mean the disc drive, for watching foreign DVDs?
Open My Computer.
Right-click the drive and choose Properties.
Go to the Hardware tab, choose Properties again.
In the DVD Region tab, you can select your desired location.

Note that there's usually a limited number of times you can change the region.
