0 MB Dedicated Video Memory

I just bought a DELL Latitude E7440 , core i5-4310 , I have 8 gb or Ram , and it comes with an Integrated Intel 4400 graphic card.
The problem is when I check the graphic card proprieties, it shows 0 MB for Dedicated Video Memory and System Video Memory , and 1792 MB for Shared Video Memory.
I tried to change those dummy variables using REGEDIT , but It didn't work.
I know this would cause me some trouble while trying to run some Average performance Games like PES 16 ( Vram=0 can't run the game) , so do you guys have any idea how could fix this ?

You shouldn't do anything in the registry to tamper with the GPU. In fact, you should be able to work with the onboard out of the box with the lowest of details. On another note, please read through this.

So there's no other way to fake the increase ? Just so the games won't be showing error messages !
