1 of the spring is missing when you insert battery can anyone help please

1 off the spring is missing after putting new battery's in them earlier

I assume you are referring to a remote control or similar device that uses AA or AAA batteries. You may be able to build a spring from stiff wire. But it will depend if there anything for that spring to connect to. The spring is used as a conductor in the power circuit.
