I have a Lenovo L340 gaming laptop and I achieve 144fps in a lot of games.

I'm looking to buy a 144hz gaming monitor to connect to my laptop, specifically, https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07DTN4BM8?tag=pcp0f-21&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

What sort of adapters do I need? Will i be able to achieve 144hz on the external monitor if my current laptop is 1080p 60hz?

exact model of the lenovo l340?

if it came with hdmi 2.0. use that
monitor only have hdmi 1.4 it limit to 120hz.
is on the amazon review
