16 gb laptop

I would like a gaming laptop with i7 and 16 gb RAM... if possible I would like it under $1000
if not is 8g Ram a good number fo for gaming?

yes. games like battlefield 4 only use 1.7 gigs to run. you could run that and several other things at the same time with 8gigs. a large amount of ramm like that is good for things like graphics design
