2 Acer ~$600 Laptops

So I'm fairly new to computer parts and would like some help deciding between these two laptops. I'm going to be running fairly new games (TF2, Skyrim, LoL) but I will go to low graphics settings if need be. I will also be playing mostly multiplayer over wi-fi, not sure if the wireless cards on these will affect internet speed at all.

The chips are about equal in performance, though I believe the AMD has the upper hand in power consumption. Combined with the lower price, it gives a convincing argument to go for the latter.
