2 times force shutdown

I have a hp omen gaming laptop i force shutdowned it only 2 times in 9 months does it really bad for my laptop ???

How did you force it? While windows was runnning applications which weren´t closed while you clicked on shutdown and then clicked on shut down anyway or directly by power button?

If by power button, why did you have to shutdown it by force?

Forced power off by button can damage the data integrity on storage devices (operating system, apps, ...), but shouldn´t hurt the hardware.
