Since the TV doesn't have any audio outputs there is no way to turn the speakers off.
You could try turning the volume all the way down. If that leaves "mute" on the screen then your only option would be to open the TV and disconnect one wire from each speaker. You could install a switch so that you can turn them back on again without removing the back of the TV.
