4.7 GB used, 11.8 GB total space but 138MB available

I just purchased a 16gb Moto X,so I was supposed to have 11.8 GB available. After putting all my music (4.7 gb), I see that my memory is full. With basic calculations I know i should have 6-7 GB of free space... What's the problem?

you can try to install some app that checks the storage more accurately
