Before I pre-ordered the 2TB XBOX ONE S i spoke with a microsoft chat agent who GUARANTEED me delivery for August 2nd, I just spoke to another agent to try and get a tracking number as I see they charged my credit card earlier today and now they said it is delayed until AUGUST 29TH !!!!!! IM PISSED OFF, I have an 8 year old in tears now, thanks MICROSOFT!!
