There is no standard in that. Get a multimeter, switch it to measure resistance, and start measuring. Make a 5x5 table where to record every combination, then figure out which is ground, which left, right, etc

You might need to test each wire since there are no standards on wire colors.
Most of the time red will be right audio and green left audio.
Then there is ground for right audio and ground for left audio
Then you could have a Mic wire or a wire just for strength.
