Solved! 6 month old gateway laptop 0xc0000076 error

turn it on and get "BITLOCK RECOVERY", I go through all the many leads.... turn it on and get "BITLOCK RECOVERY",
I need some help here. I have the BitLocker recovery keys: Device Name, Key ID, Recovery Key.
I WANT MY GATEWAY BACK.
