7 redlights at bottom of screen alienware r4

everytime i play one certain game it always thows those 7 redlights at bottom of my screen someone please help

im not sure. there at the bottom of the screen. it like 6 little ones in a row then one big one off to the right. fs 17 by the way. and thats the game it does it to. on my system

sound like is something in the game. Might be trying to tell you something. Can't seem to find anything on for it
