8 Reasons the iPhone X Beats the Galaxy S9

There sheer amount of objectively butthurt Android and/or Samsung fanboys whining incoherently in the comments of this article is damn near astonishing. Stop it. It's bordering on pathetic at this point. Have some respect for yourselves. The truth is there is no such thing as a "best" smartphone. Rather, the salient point should be determining which smartphone is best suited to the needs / priorities of each individual user -- the answer will vary from person to person. Fortunately, smartphones have advanced to the point where we have an embarrassment of riches. An unintended consequence of this is that people pledge loyalty to the company who manufactured the phone that's currently in their pockets, and subsequently elect to engage in petty, misguided arguments with strangers on the Internet. </end half-hearted rant> It goes without saying that the Galaxy S9/+ (much like the Galaxy S8/+ and every Note ever) is a fantastic device. Similarly, the iPhone 10 (much like the 8/8 Plus) is a fantastic, albeit criminally overpriced device. If you truly believe the gap between them to be significant, you're more than likely blinded by your weird feelings of loyalty to one brand or the other.

Just a little while on Youtube watching real-world side by side comparison videos between the iPhone X and Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8 and S9 completely shows the findings of this article to be backwards...smh.

Actually the Note 8 beat the Iphone x in real world tests, and the s9 will be a much better upgrade than talking poo and a Unibrow. Plus with the pricing being much lower, I expect the s9 to break all of Samsung's previous records. Apple has forgotten what people like in a phone, Samsung gives them much more.. Think Dex, VR, Best Camera, Customization, Headphone jack etc.. The list goes on and on and on.. Nobody cares about talking poo and Face ID!

Samsung fans are so predictable. Cognitive dissonance is painful. The S9 is a great phone. Best in the Android world. Why can't they rest assured in that basic truth. I will be honest here....If Apple made their OS available for other phones, I would probably do it. We have their phones not for the hardware but for the smoothness of the OS. This all equals to being forever butt hurt for the android user!!

The second you claimed that OLED on the iPhone X was better than even the AMOLEDs from last years models everyone knew that this was either click bait or apple fanaticism. Not to mention that you say that the iPhone X brightness has a higher nit count, when YOUR OWN comparison article says the S9+ handily beats X's mark. If you can drag Siri and the app store into this and not mention the colossal utility and customization brought by the play store and Android's launchers then frankly we arent being very honest about this are we?
