81% unplugged not staying on

I just bought the Asus ROG Strix GL702VM-DB74 it will not charge passed 81% if I unplug the laptop it shuts off. at 81% it should have enough charge to stay on if unplugged you would think right

If this is a new laptop and it is giving you the problem, contact the place you got it from and have them replace it.
