9300M GS 512mb DDR2 VS HD3100 256mb

Well as the topic says, which is better? I searched and couldn't find any info on this. I assume that the 9300M GS is better because of the higher ram, but that isn't always the case.

The two laptops I'm looking at are

Both perform closely but dont except any good gaming with them.

I'm hoping for warcraft 3 at decent settings (medium detail, 1280x768 resolution), starcraft 2 at any settings. No other newer games.

you MAY need to set some settings to low

Yeah, the 9300 is basically on onboard solution, as well-- better than the x1300 and the 4500HDM that succeeds it-- but still limited.
