97 BMW sound system

I have a 1997BMW 740il with the factory stereo system in it. My cd disk changer doesn't work so I am looking for a way to access by cell phone through bluetooth.. is this possible? are there connections available to do this/

If you have a aux in jack you can connect a bluetooth car adapter to that, lots of models available for that.
