9800m gts vs 260m gtx

im going to be getting a gaming laptop at some point in the near future and was wondering which beat which because i had been reading that most of the 200m series processors where just re-badged 9800m series vpu's so thats the general question ive found 2 laptops that meat my needs the are

The ASUS G51 available at bestbuy (convenient because I can just drive and get it)

Also the Gateway P-7805u FX (less convenient because I can only get it at Tigerdirect.com )


The gateway dose have a better CPU and the same amount of ram BUT its ddr3 ware as the G51 is ddr2 SO other than the video card the gateway trashes the G51 im numbers.

Also you opinion on the company's and how well they backup there products would be swell

GTX 260 is noticeably faster than a 9800MGTS,also for RAM,DDR2 vs DDR3 won't make a noticeable difference in gaming,i would choose the ASUS model
