A Gaming laptop under 50,000

I want to buy a 15" gaming laptop under 50,000 INR which does not heat up(while playing). Should be able to play Assassins Creed Unity.

Looking forward for suggestion...

I think AC Unity will definitely run for the above specs.. Please correct me If I am wrong.

Nope, that GPU is very weak (entry level 800M series). The last two numbers (x20, x30, x40) is very important than the first number (8xx, 7xx, 6xx) in GPUs. Only the RAM meets the recommended/minimum requirement..

No, AC unity "seems" to be a heavy game. It is not yet released and those are its "predicted" system requirements. The PC itself needs a R9 290X to run it at full settings. You can wait for a few weeks after it's release because real world benchmarks will help a lot than predicted requirements. It's releasing 11-Nov-2014.

I've been in same situation as yourself. Same budget, only I'm not a hardcore gamer. I also considered the Asus you're referring to.
But still wanted plenty bang for the buck. With lotsa research for 1 week, I finally settled on the this-

Nope. The R7 M265 cannot run that game. For such big upcoming games, its better to get a PC than a laptop.
